The manager here is extremely two faced. The other office staff is nice but you usually have to call several times to get any response to any issue. It takes at least 3 weeks to get a maintenance order done. We asked to have our caulking redone on our bath tub and were scheduled three times and each time noone showed up. It still is not done after 6 months and you can feel the tub shift when you step in. The mold is a serious problem. I clean with bleach every week and it still has an orange hue around the tub and sinks, window sills are black and orange even with cleaning. If you have any allergies this is not a good place to live, you will be sick alot. The noise of neighbors is ridiculous and management doesn't give a rip. You can smell and taste anyone who smokes around your apartment. The walls and floors are very thin. There are up to 7 people allowed to live in a 2 bed, 2 bath! They have only cardboard recycle so we are taking our garbage out daily. The management does not give any notice when they are going to do anything. Such as repaving the parking lot, we were told on friday that we needed to be out of our parking space and not walk on the parking lot from 8-5 on the following monday. I have children at home and in school. I had to pack up all my baby's items and leave early to take my child to school and then spend the entire day away from home. When I asked where they suggested I park my car if I stayed home they said their is ample space across the street. They do not care about thier residents. This is the attitude we get. I came home that evening and the parking lot wasn't even touched. The rescheduled again with a day's notice to be out of the lot by 8am and then we were not allowed to enter the parking lot until 8pm that night!!! This is a ok place to live if you don't mind being treated unfairly by a two faced management.
