Be very careful on moving out

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
For all who dare to rent from this place be for warned that they may try and make false claims when you move out. They claimed that the whole living room carpet had pet urine damage, when the only pet that my roommate had was a Ginnie pig that he had for 3 months but never let out of his bedroom. But, he had a pet and didn't tell them so we were forced to pay the amount they had charged us because we could have faced a long drawn out court battle with them. But, I will never rent from them again and would strongly caution anyone else who is thinking about moving against it. On top of that the apartments are a piece of crap.
