I am a current resident and I am taking many of these comments to heart. At first this place was a dream....it wasn't too noisy, the rent was cheap however the parking kind of sucked sometimes...now that I have been here for awhile here is what I have observed:
1: Mold growing around the windows
2: I don't hear my next door neighbor but the one downstairs and downstairs across the hall are enough bother
3: When I call the office, they are nice until I tell them I am a current resident, maybe just out for the new money.
4:The stairs are loose and slippery
5:Don't dare walk out on the deck..you might fall through from all the dry rot...oh and the mildew on the deck as well.
6.Finally the management does not investigate complaints very well so you better be the one to complain otherwise you will be threatened of eviction.
Well with all that said...I cannot wait to move out and see what they pull on me then.
Thank you to the rest of you that have left advise...and to you who wants to move in, I would recommend that you don't.
