Good value for a no-frills complex

This complex isn't a luxury complex, however it is safe, quiet, the staff are friendly and prompt to address problems in the apartments. It is a good value for a typical apartment complex. They have different prices depending on if you rent in the newer or older buildings. I rented in an older building for the cheaper price since I was only going to be there 6 months anyways. Location is great, having some shopping and a library within close walking distance. I always felt safe and comfortable here.
