I have lived there for a little over a year and am happy to be moving! There is mold issues and you also need to make sure you thoroughly read the contract! You get screwed! If you don't give them 60 days notice that you aren't renewing your lease they charge you an extra months rent! We have to pay rent for an apartment that we won't even be living in! We got a notice leading us to believe that we could notify them on a certain date that we wouldn't be renewing, we called and told them but know they are saying we were to late and it doesn't matter that we called. Sooo lame I am really upset! We didn't even know 2months ago that we would not be renewing!we just bought a house this month and know we have to pay for a moldy apartment we arent living in and a mortgage on our house!I wish I had better things to say! I guess the people that work there are nice but other than that not a great place to live.

Um this person is obviously a moron. The girls at the office go over the 60 day notice cause you have to intial that specific area on the lease. So if you dont know about the sixty days then you cant read. Yeah I agree that sixty days suck. Who know that far in advance. But I know about it and if you dont know about it then your an idiot.

Given the 60 days is in the lease contract...and the only reason they require it is because they have such hard times trying to find people to move in to this dump...
Im not suprised about issues with the office staff....it would be better off if they just fired them all and left it empty...I've never been treated so rude in my life....It's not our fault your jobs SUCK, quite taking it out on the tenants!!!!
