I have moved into a unit that will be scheduled for remodel in 2-3 years and feel that I received a good rate. I have found the unit, property and staff to be great. I love the location and anything that I have found needing attention (screen door, shower, etc.) have been fixed immediately. I would recommend The Mill without hesitation.
