I completely agree with all the negative reviews since the management change! Yesterday my car was towed from my own covered space, because the office did not reflect a change in any of their paperwork. They basically rented my parking space to another tennant and I was towed!! I am stuck having to pay the $269 tow bill because The Mill staff member who authorized me to park in the spot no longer works for the company, so she is unable to verify that she authorized the parking spot change!! When they changed my parking spot it was never documented so I was screwed!! My husband and I were told we were in the wrong, although I have been parking there for almost a year!!

On top of this recent parking incident we have made numerous requests for maintenance and many of them have been left unfinished, or completely unattended to! the mold and cold in this apartment sucks and we will be moving in 2 monthes when our lease is up.!

for your car being towed I would highly recommend you take the company owning the property to civil claims court. Their horrible office skills and record keeping ability is no reason to have your vehicle towed. Lets just say Im glad I got out of that place in Nov 07...such a dump
