I would definitely not recommend moving into these apartments for a variety of reasons.
First off, if you like to be able to sleep, fat chance. Almost every car that drives through the parking lots (which is many and often) blasts their sub woofers and shakes the apartments. And not to mention all the college kids partying and yelling in the lots at night, and the people flooring their cars and motorcycles going up and down the sidewalks at 3 am!

Then theres the fact that mill creek still hasn't removed the mold from the patio ceiling, hasn't fixes our ac unit, wont replace the burnt and stained linoleum floors, torn and bleached raggedy carpets. And we have more then the occasional roach, which when you try to kill will quickly run back into the cracks in the walls and door jams where they came from.

Management has changed, but its still the same people in the office, who will be very nice and tell you what you want to hear but not do anything later. And i've been towed, and seen other residents towed for no reason.

Ummmm....they don't have airconditioning at this complex. I live here. Are you talking about some other place?????

When I lived there there was no AC. Heat yes...Never had roaches though and I lived danged close to the garbage dumpster. I must say people there were so trashy. I'd live in a shelter before I'd ever live there again!
