I moved in here a month ago to a remodeled apt and I like it. I shopped around alot and this place was the only place next to the town center that was not horribley expensive. I get compliments from my friends on my apartment and the slate fireplace. I could have got a cheaper place but the apt would have had old carpet/old appliances and outdated altogether. The staff was very friendly and explained that they are going through a huge renovation. I asked them if they were going to condos and they said no. Anyways, I signed a 12 month lease and I like it here. I can't wait till the new gym opens.

that "new gym" remodel has been going on for several years...I was waiting to get it to...was told it would be done in April '07...I moved out in Nov 07 and it hadn't been touched.... as for you liking the place....as Bill Engval says "just wait, it'll change"
