Don't expect parking, quiet, or the feeling of safety

We have lived here for 2 years and are just waiting to move out.
1. Don't expect to find parking. Parking is horrible, we usually have to park 1-2 blocks away. We don't mind the exercise but if you like close parking you wont find it here.
2. Don't expect a quiet place to live. For the last YEAR and a HALF they have been: Remodeling, Painting, Landscaping, Attempting to update. They have worked until 9pm on a Sunday drilling, sanding, and nailing in the unit below us. In this case we were about ready to call the police. But unfortunately its not unusual to have them working loudly until 7 or 8 o'clock.
3. This is in no way The Mills fault. But at least 3-4 times a month the Mill Creek Police Department will have people pulled over right in front of our apartment (in our parking lot) in the past year we have seen 3 people arrested and handcuffed including one instance were 6 officers had a truck pulled over all guns drawn and arrested 5 people from the truck. Needless to say if you have small children this isn't and ideal place to live.
