After living here for almost two years, I cannot wait until my lease is up. After this last round of snow the city had, I am highly disappointed with the staff here at The Mill. They claimed the maintenece people were out working on the roads but after being stuck inside for almost 3 days, I never saw one. Not too mention an Ambulance was stuck after responding to a 911 call. For as much $$ as I pay each month, I expected for them to at least make the walkways safe to walk on.

I also live at The Mill, and was also around for the biggest snowstorm that the Seattle area had in 25 years. I fortunatwly had 4 wheel drive so i didn't need any help, but i personally saw the entire staff shoveling, salting, and helping tenants with their cars at all hours of night and day. Have a little perspective. If you ave lived here for so long you would know that the entire state was shut down as NO ONE was prepared for that kind of weather. I thought they did the best possible job under the circumstances and there were a lot of other properties that were a lot worse off than The Mill.

Hahaha! The above was obviously submitted by a member of The Mill's duplicitous office staff. I agree with the original commenter. The Mill did not dispatch maintenance to clear two weeks of snow off the parking lots or parking structures, and some poor person got their car scrunched when one collapsed. BTW, I love the maintenance staff here, and believe me, if you choose to rent here, you will get to know them quite well - get good renter's insurance is all I'm sayin'. Some may like it here, and to each his own, but please take note of the dismal 39% approval rating. If you are unfortunate enough to move here (they'll lure you in with cheap rent and a thin veneer of "niceness") READ YOUR LEASE THOROUGHLY, because if you don't, they will bend you over, roll it up and f*ck you in the *ss with it.
