I've lived here a year and would say that if your looking to rent in Mill Creek, and not made of money like all the yuppies that live here, you can't do much better. The rent is a little high, but you're paying to live in an upscale community. If you want something cheaper, Everett and Lynnwood are just around the corner. I have a family so i appreciate living in a city like Mill Creek. I would rather pay more and have my family feel safe. The property is old but they have done some updating so it is a lot nicer than it might be otherwise. Staff seems friendly and any maintenance issues i have had have been resolved. I'll probably be buying soon, and prices won't allow me to stay in Mill Creek, so i'm enjoying it for the time being.
