we moved in august '08. it looks really nice, beatiful fireplace, great carpet, kitchen is awesome...however our fireplace mantal was broken when we moved in, still is. mold is growing all over our windows, they just wipe it down and its back in about 2 weeks. nothing is messured out, just thrown together..our doors dont open/close right because they are not shaped right to the molding. spots of our walls are left unpainted, both our our toilet handles were broken when we moved in, they fixed them, but they continue to fall off. both of our toilets run, and WE pay for our water. g/d doesnt dispose of anything. the staff walks in without notcie. one time i was breastfeeding so i didnt get up to answer the door, but they just asumed no one was home and walked their happy butts in, when i specifically asked them to CALL before ever walking into my apartment, did they..NO!! without any worring they decided to do construction above our apartment, fine and dandy, do what you gotta go, BUT NOT AT 3 IN THE MORNING!!! all day everyday, and all night they would be banging around up there, no sleep for us. one time it was so bad we called the cops. another thing with the noise- WALLS so thin...you can here everything going on outside as if they were in your living room..and be careful what you say inside your house if your standing outside the front door crystal clear!!!! they do pretty good about fixing something when you need it done for the most part (speed) but its always a half a** job, so it breaks again within a month...........Oh also when we moved in it was summer time so we had no use for our heaters...but when winter rolled around we froze for a week..they were broken..big shock oh and they dont do a thing about snow...i have a snow car so it was no big deal for me, but i couldnt get out one time because someone got stuck in the snow behind me and there was about 4 wrecks in a few days in our lot alone........i guess that has partly to do with the dummies that think they can drive in the snow..but still it would be nice to get the snow outta there....and our porch light has been out since october, asked them to fix it but its february and still nothing.

6-7 in the morning at the earliest. I never heard construction at 3am. Hyperbole runs amok.
