I've lived at The Mill since May 2009, and I love my apartment. I have a great location, and the property is so pretty. The landscaping (especially the water mill and the caboose in the roundabout) is great in the summertime, and now that it's fall, the trees around my apartment make it so colorful!
I love all of the activities they do for the residents, too! They have football parties, fitness challenges, and cards for the residents that allow you certain discounts at stores just for living at the Mill! Also, the fitness center is great, and it's 24 hours!!
Mine is one of the rennovated apartments, and I love the look - stainless-style appliances, gorgeous wood cabinets, beautiful dark tile-looking flooring in the bathroom and kitchen, and two-toned paint that makes it feel warm and inviting.
The location is great, as well. Across the street from....well, EVERY store you could possibly need!! Grocery stores, restaurants, and all of the Mill Creek Town Center shopping!
Oh, and as a side note, I've never had problems with maintenance - they've always been pretty prompt, and have always taken care of the issues I had (there haven't been many). Parking has always been fine in my part of the community, too - my boyfriend works graveyard and has never complained about parking, even when coming over after work (between 2-5am).
