I have lived here now for three years - management has changed,and I have to say before it did, I had a feeling I wouldn't renew. But it did change and everything has been wonderful. I love how secluded you feel in the wooded area, but you're right across from the town center. It's definitely a gorgeous area, and safe, too. I had one rowdy neighbor, but the office staff spoke to them and for the rest of their stay they were very polite and kept quiet during the night.

I work over at Phillips, so this area is wonderful for me, and it also gives me the flexability to pay rent online, which is a huge bonus for me. They do allow my two dogs, so that was another great selling point. The newsletters are always fun and filled with facts and trivia, and chances to win prizes. Overall, this place has a great feel and look. 100% !
