I agree with the previous reviewer, before they decided to turn these apartments into condos, this was a real nice place to live. But now the place is a total nightmare. I can not wait until my lease runs out. The previous mgmt team was a real delight to deal with, now they have first class amateur running the place. The girl Kasey who is in charge just totally infuriates me every time I talk to her, you'd think they could pay more than minimum wage to get someone that knows how to act like a professional. She is a total idiot and has a real nasty little personality on top of it.

I can't believe they are turning these into condos, the walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the other apartments. From toilets flushing, doors closing, washers washing, every time you walk across the floor, these places are just built horribly. If someone in an adjacent apartment is taking a shower, they might as well be in your apartment taking a shower its so loud. I've laid in bed many a Sunday morning listening to my upstair neighbor put away their laundry (drawers opening and closing over and over.)

Please do yourself a huge favor and don't waste you hard earned capital by buying one of these hell holes. Unless your my worst enemy than go right ahead, otherwise, I can't imagine a worse investment that one of these little shacks.
