I was surprised to see such terrible comments about Monterra! The apartments are nicely kept up and I have not experienced anything unpleasant.
The staff has always been helpful and the maintenace staff has been prompt.
Each apartment is given an assigned parking place, and there are usually plenty of other unmarked spots available.
My neighbors are courteous, and I have not had to file any noise complaints.
I like it here.
