NOT GREAT! Too much crime at Monterra

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2006-01-01
 

Living in 3 bedroom for 9 months (corporate relocation).

There have been many car break ins and theft.

You can verify this by calling the Mill Creek Police Department as they are here a lot.

They have private security now, but it's ineffective.

There is dog poop all over as management doesn't care to enforce rules.

I would agree there are nicer complex's.
