1. The dumpsters are always overflowing.

2. No lease enforcement. Noise problems go unabated and unaddressed.

3. No pool, very small cabana with no real amenities.

4. The crime problem has been reduced, not by the "courtesy patrol", as neither A&M or the old service, Horizon, were EVER seen patrolling anything throughout the night. The police have been very proactive, and some tenant is actually a manager with a security company, so his security car is always parked in different places around the front of the complex.

5. Not bad over all, but no bang for the buck.

yah! theres been several stolen cars in the last week and lots of goofy looking tweakers hanging around too. the new security is a joke. my friend that lives down at the reserve (another equity property) says that theyve never seen the new security either. what are we paying for? for the managers to tell us they cant do anything apparently.
