I unfortunately have to move out of one of the best apartments I have every had the pleasure in renting. Due to my situation I am forced to leave an adorably quaint place that is sooo quiet because it is located above the leasing office and the firewall between the only other apartment next door eliminates any noise to pass to either apartment. This place is like a stand alone due to no one living above or below me. I never hear anything from next door or downstairs, this place is so sound proof it has really made my experience a positive one. I love the peacefulness I have enjoyed here and this is coming from someone very sensitive to noise. I have my own parking spot right out the door so parking is never an issue and very convenient. In the summer I would take the top of my jeep off and never had any issues with vandalism. Maintenance has never been an issue, the only repair I needed was when the hose under my sink fell off it was taken care of that day!! The office staff is wonderful and reflects why my stay here Monterra has been so great! I have a 1 bedroom with a den and have windows across the front so I get sun in the afternoon the natural light is great. This wonderful apartment is going to be available on the 19th of May--if you like the best value for the money call the Monterra office don't wait this place will not be on the market long!
