The floor plans are cute and the prices are good, but the noise is unbearable.
The floors are made out of squeaky wood floorboards, so you hear EVERY noise from upstairs: cooking, walking, peeing, sex, dogs running back and forth, etc.
Every time the washing machine upstairs is on, it sounds like an earthquake.
Unfortunately, our upstairs neighbor always stomps around in heels and uses our deck as her personal ashtray.
Gross.
During the summer you can hear the noise from the gang-banger teenagers across the street at the Heatherwood.
This might not matter to some, but parking is really tight and there are no bike racks and nowhere to store your bike.
The management is nice, but the noise here is ridiculous.
Also, the rent here fluctuates a lot, sometimes $150 in a week.
Watch the website carefully and don't sign a lease until the price is low, because they won't change your lease even if the price decreases the next day.
