I have lived here for about 5 years and have had a few how should I say problems, but and yes I mean but. This place is so much better than the other communities around. Ok so I can't pay my rent late without a fee, but what community lets you without a fee.

And lets take a moment to talk about the price. Well, so the one community down the road that you all call Jefferson. They thought that they didn't stink until they needed to lower there prices because no one would rent form them.

Now we talk about the staff. When I first go here five years ago they were rude and could not figure out what they wanted so they kept changing there minds on the policies but now we actually have someone that wants to treat me the same as they treated my neightbor. Ok so I didn't get that great deal when I renewed my lease but why WOULD I.

Besides it would cost more to move then I would get.

So those that wish to complain because they don't have enough money to pay there rent on time or even afford a great place just leave because you are probobly the one that caused it all in the first place.
