Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
Everytime I go to the office staff with a problem or seeking help, I am given a standard answer of "We can't help you", "I don't know", or "We'll take note of that." There is no accountability or sense of customer service. I get better service from the 16 year old at Albertsons who bags my groceries.
