Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
I have lived here for three years and have seen this place decline every year. The place is no longer kept looking nice and it looks like any other substandard complex. The office staff is always closed, on holiday, or out to lunch. When they are there, they are no help whatsoever and like to blame which ever staff member isn't there at the time. I'm better off sleeping in my car then living here. My time at parkwood has forced me to look into buying a house. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
