The apartments are really nice, gorgeous. I loved them. I lived there for a total of two months and then broke my lease. Issue #1: Mold. The apartment was okay for about a month, and then our kitchen sink sprung a leak. So, we called maintenance and they came by and "fixed" the problem; well two weeks later water is pouring out of under my sink everytime I used my dishwasher. Then mold began growing everywhere under there, and creeping up on the walls in my kids bedrooms and and in their bathroom. UMmmmmm, NO>that was not an issue I was willing to deal with. So, I broke my lease and cleaned my carpets really really well and then they still charged me for a carpet clean on top of the outrageous lease break fee. The management is nice enough but seem kind of fake.
