My wife and I had lived in apartments for a combined 20 years, and this complex has been the worst!!! The construction is horrible (we can hear neighbors on 3 sides of us at all hours) and the people are not courteous. We had our first noise complaint before sleeping here our first night!!! And it's been a problem since.
My wife's car has been broken into twice, with nothing being done by management.
And the smell. A smoker must have lived here before us, because we can't get the smell of old smoke out of the walls. In the bathroom, an orange substance keeps coming through the paint. It's as if maintenance didn't wash the walls before repainting. I've had to clean the fan in the bathroom, and you should have seen the smoke residue. DISGUSTING!!!
The only thing that's stopping us from buying out the rest of our lease is the money.
