I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and was very happy. Parking can be a hassel but you just have to figure out how to deal with that (i.e. pay attention to empty covered spots that aren't being rented - the pay spots aren't monitored). The rent is a bit high but I don't know that it is out of the norm for the area and the one bedroom, 2nd floor apartments have great and interesting floor plans and are very large. Plus the location is great! Walking distance to the new Town Center! It would be hard to find a better location.

um....you park in MY paid spot and you're getting towed immediately. The office has been much more strict and rightfully so about watching paid spots and people using them that are not supposed to. It's bad enough now paying over $1K for a freaking one bedroom, and then extra money to save a covered spot! Until I can get the heck out of this run-down, horribly maintained place, don't park in MY spot. And yes, this place used to be nice. Lived here 3 years myself. But it has gone downhill rapidly and filled with vacancies. The management in CA doesn't care about renters one bit. They've run out many LONG term tenants with their horrible rent increases and no upgrades. Sad.
