Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I have lived at Parkwood for 2 years and the office staff is forgetful and unhelpful. The interiors of the apartments are in serious need of an upgrade. If they are going to jack the rent prices on us to keep up with the times, the interiors should also be kept up. The fronts of cabinets are peeling, lineolum is torn and stained (and has been since I moved in, etc.
