I lived here for only one year and i had a horrible experience. Everything is old, I recieved multiple, multiple parking tickets, we had a earwig infestation in our apartment, during spider season, spiders were every where and yes they were all HUGE, and to top off this horrible experience, inorder to renew the lease, we had to pay nearly 300 dollars extra a month to stay. I would have to say that my roomate and I are very reliable renters, we do not trash our place and we always pay on time, But one time we were accidentally one day late on paying the rent and we were charged a 125$ late fee. Parkwood is rediculous and I recommend to everyone to go live somewhere else.
