Don't be fooled - this is a GREAT place to live!!!!

These apartments may not be new but they are well maintained & have alot to offer: lots of square footage,big bedrooms, utility ROOMS (yes, an actual room for your W/D) in each apartment, ample storage space/closet, good layout! The balconies are large. The apartment community is clean & well maintained with annual upgrades. The managers are awesome & make every attempt to accomodate the residents needs. The maintenance department is great - have always fixed things within 24 hours max! It's a quiet place to live, low crime rate & easily accessible to I-5, I-405 & 2 Park & Rides. Location is awesome- can easily walk to post office, bank, shopping, restaurants, & library! There are a # of residents who have been here for years, including me!! Overall, it's a REALLY NICE place to live!!!!
