My husband and I have lived at Parkwood two different times. We have looked at other apartments in the area and found that Parkwood is a quiet, caring and clean community. I was looking at the other reviews and was amazed that a community would be criticized since, what 2001' There have been many positive changes since then....like a great and responsive Manager and a great responsive Maintenance Supervisor. Both times we moved in, we walked into new carpet, clean linoleum, new paint throughout, yes the cabinets and appliances are dated, but if you have a problem, it is fixed within 24 hours. Any problem we have faced, the Maintenance Supervisor has immediately corrected it. We feel at home here. We have already renewed our lease for next year. We love it here!
