I have lived in a lot of apartments in my life (including college kid central in Bellingham) but at least I never heard my neighbors in those apartments. This apartment is one of the worst I have ever lived in. The walls are thin, the staff never answers the phone, isn't there for the posted hours and half the stuff in my apartment doesn't work.
During one of the coldest winters on record, we spent the winter with no heat. The washer and dryer does an awful job of cleaning clothes, the toilet doesn't flush right, I haven't had a hot shower with water pressure in almost a year.
Besides all of that, the only time I have had a phone call returned from the office is when my neighbor's water heater busted and I actually called the after hours line. (I do appreciate that the maintenance guy came right out.) The rent is due on the 3rd and the one time I mailed it in, they magically managed to lose it and reported us to the credit bureaus and their lawyers, until suddenly the check appeared and they were so kind not to charge us the late fees.
And finally...apartments like mine are being rented for $150 dollars less than what I am paying, we pay for one parking spot, and spend nights driving around trying to find a 2nd one remotely close to our apartment and pay for water, sewer and garbage.
The apartment company wants to know why it's ranked so low in the Mill Creek area; this is just our opinion. Seems that there are many of us out there with the same opinion. There is a lot that needs to be done to make these apartments worth anyone living in them again. I can't wait to get the heck out of here.

Dear residents, I am sorry to hear about the problems that you have experienced in your apartment. I would like an opportunity to address your work orders and get items not working properly fixed immediately. I don't know if you have submitted work orders in the past for the issues you mentioned above but I am glad that you did post this comment as we now know that there are things that need to be fixed in your apartment. I can understand why you would be upset as I would be too if I was living in those conditions. Please submit a work order so we can fix these or any other items for you and call me at the office so that I can have the opportunity to address your other concerns mentioned above.
