Having lived in the apartment for over 13 years, am disappointed that carpeting has NEVER been replaced and no interior painting has been done except for one accent wall in the living room. Rent goes up significantly every year and is difficult as I am on a fixed income. My payment is always on time. My car was intentionally damaged (over $1000 damage) when it was parked in the carport.

Dear resident, I do appreciate your long residency at Parkwood and would like to address some of your requests. In the past we have had long term residents bring up the paint and carpet in their apartments and we have been able to accommodate their request after inspecting their home. I would love to speak with you in regards to this and maybe set up a date to inspect your home. I can understand why you would be upset as to not having these things addressed previously but I assure you that once things are brought to our attention we do our best to resolve any issue that our residents may have at any time. Please feel free to call me or come by as I am in the office Monday through Friday and give us the opportunity to take care of your concerns.

Anna is at her lying self again. I brought up my carpet when renewing my lease a couple of years ago but they just said sorry and did nothing about it. I hope you have better luck and she is not just giving you lip service like she has done in the past. I am glad I no longer live at Parkwood.
