Parkwood at Mill Creek Apartments
< | >
I've lived at Parkwood for 5 years. The rent is outrageously increasing because of Mill Creek Town Center. It is in a good location, but the apartment complex is falling apart. The management team always promises to make improvements like changing carpets and painting the wall at the time of lease renewal. BUT, there's no follow through. It's time for all the management to be replaced to more capable people. The management states there is an open door policy. However, they do not work according to their posted hours (always closed), they never answer the phone, or they barely lift their head to say hello when I walk in to the office; they are too busy.
The maintenance people are friendly and helpful enough. But, when there's a maintenance issue, the tenants cannot communicate directly with maintenance or management. All the management does is to tell us to call the 800# or go online.
What exactly does the management do all day'

Agree.... Ive lived here 3 years and have found its nearly impossible to get a hold of office staff or maintenance. Also the follow through with carpet cleaning, painting and upgrading are often false promises difficult to schedule.
The location is great however.
