I agree with all the recent negative reviews. The management team is horrible. They just promise things at the time of renewal, but nothing follow through... Never! Well, I guess the management probably has no authority to do anything. All they do is show the apartment, type up the lease, collect the rent. So, it's a total waste of time talking to these people. They are useless just like the store clerk at Best Buy. Like other reviewer said, they can't even arrange to have someone send to fix the apartment. All they do is to tell us to call 1-800 number... even if the apartment is flooding! USELESS!

I agree totally. I have not had my outside windows cleaned in 4 years I live on the second floor. The grass looks like ----, it floods outside my front door every winter. There is dog poop everywhere but they do not enforce the rules. They do make lots of pomises but nothing ever happens.
