Parkwood at Mill Creek Apartments are a great place to live. This place is very quiet, is pet friendly, has fantastic maintenance and is in a great location. Parkwood is located 30 seconds away walking distance from the Mill Creek Nature Preserve. The nature preserve is a great place to go hiking, jogging or just walking with your dog. Parkwood is also located a few minutes walking distance from the Mill Creek Library and just a few minutes more from the Central Market & Mill Creek Town Center.

My best experience here at Parkwood is by far the maintenance staff. These guys are spot on with their quality and prompt with their response. Jerry, the lead maintenance guy has impressed me every single time he has had to work on something in my apartment. He is very kind, easy going and has fixed every single issue I have had. It is nice to know if something ever goes wrong Jerry will be at my apartment ASAP and will fix the issue every time. That is great piece of mind right there.

Just wait until you move out and get your bill. You can leave the place in better condition than when you moved in and they will stick you for cleaning costs as well as rug cleaning, etc. My deposit had some refundable with the nonrefundable going to the costs for general wear and tear. Guess what? I not only didn't get any of my deposit back but I had to pay more and Jerry even commented on how well the apt. cleaned and kept up when I moved out. Also if Anna is still there, she will lie to your face. Live there long enough and you will find out it's not as great as you say. BRE gives incentives to management and staff to get money out of you.

I believe that the staff seems nice when you first inquired about living there,but once they turned you down for some other reasons that they would not even care to hear about, their attiude changed,they will lie to you and i honestly believe that when you start renting in places like this, make sure you get all you can from your file and upon checking out, make sure you go through everything throughly and have everything written down in black-and-white and signed by them! In that way, you will have proof that you did not do the things that they are charging you with!
