I have been a resident for over two years, and upon renewal each time my rent has increased which is ridiculous because all of the surrounding apts. are cheaper. Oh and WTF if you want new appliances or carpet its an extra 40 a month, these ------- that work the office are rude all the time.

Why don't u just forgo all apartments and rent a townhouse instead? They are way more cheaper than what you are paying for a small 'rabbit' hole apartment that has seen better years, heck, some of them are probably older than us!!! there are so many townhomes now that are for rent, you don't have to worry about noises above or below you and you have more floor space with your own garage attached and three floors to yourself. You should look around for townhomes for rent, there are so many out there as they are not selling so they will definately rent out. good luck, no more apartment living, they suck!

I live here and just renewed-since times ar tough I talked to the office and they worked with me to lower the rent & I got the appliance package for free. I know there are new people in the office so I am not sure if that made a difference.
