This is not a great place to live as some might suggest. Management lies and is not to be trusted. Try asking about break-in problems and theft. They will be quick to point out it is not a problem. Then check with Mill Creek PD. Also, be very grateful if you have quiet neighbors. Management team has a history of being unable to confront loud and obnoxious tenants in obvious violations of the lease agreement as it pertains to noise. I contacted the police on 4 or 5 different occasions about parties and loud music well past 11pm. That didn?t work. And as I spent more and more time in the office of the head manager, who insisted they were working on the problem, I realized nothing ever gets solved.

Stay away from this complex. You would think that the high price would buy you some peace. Well, you would be wrong.
