Everything is fine except for the following: the management team and the inconsiderate idiots aka neighbors. I?ve complained a couple of times about the noisy neighbors above me but they haven?t done a thing, which led me to handle the situation myself (yelling SHUT UP at the top of lungs helped a bit). The management are very slow on responding back to anything you ask for and in many cases, they FORGET. When you ask them to do a little task, they nod their heads, they smile, they act concerned, and they say "Sure, we?ll get to it ASAP", BUT they don?t. After another reminder or two, do I get a response from them. In fact, I?m helping my friend out in writing up a letter to them and the management company to remind them to give us our referral money which should?ve been given several months ago.



The neighbors around me are beyond irritable and annoying. I don?t think they understand what it means to be considerate or be quiet. Or either that they?re just bunch of neanderthals. Whatever.



Anyway, overall, I?d recommend this place but with caution. As for me, I?ll just bite the bullet till my lease is up and I?m OUTTA HERE.
