The old staff were not the greatest but the new staff is very nice and helpful. I think they are going to make this place as beautiful as I know it can be.

I thought the old staff was wonderful.

I don't know about the old staff, but the new staff were "good" initially and have gone downhill ever since then. This was a nice place, now I'd have to say they are poor or fair, depending on what the day is based on actual service for the price. Our rent went from $700/month (2005) to 1250 (2006) (on contract). Ouch. We bought a house instead.
