The apartments themselves are really nice, but who has time to actually use the amenities and are they worth the high priced rent' Thats up to you. We pay $950.00 for 649 sq ft whole in the wall (my bad). The parking isn't bad but if you want a garage $135 extra if you're apartment doesn't come with one. The storage is a joke...the water heaters are located in the storage closet on your porch and because of fire code you can't store a thing, but they'd be glad to rent you one. The pool is heated all year round and in the summer they do have someone to provide drinks(pop)if she can remember what you looked like and what you ordered. Another thing....appliances vary depending on your apartment size, some have side-by-side refrigerators and digital stoves, and others have the standard low tech appliances.
Its a great place to have a pet...the deposit is spendy. Great trail for pet walking and bikes...not lit at night.
There is a new apartment complex going up next door....lots of noise. One more thing...there must be a reason there are so many vacant apartments....Could it be the price'
