I moved into this place while they were still completing the build. The initial management team bent over backwards to assist residents and ALWAYS provided quality customer service. In the last 6 months, though, a new management team has moved in and the complex has really gone down hill. The only thing I can liken it to is living at the frat house again in college. Additionally, break-ins and thefts have increased. For example, my car was stolen out of my garage, and my neighbour down the hall's teenage kids thought it would be fun to get stoned, fry some food up and fall asleep during the process causing a fire in the house. All of this can be yours for twice as much rent as other establishments in the surrounding the area. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease this year.
