I just moved from out of state, and this is a perfect place to call home for now. Yes, it is expensive, but it's a clean, quiet complex that is close to everything. The little extras like valet garbage pick up just make your life easier when you're trying to figure out the area and get settled in. I don't know about the others, but the one bedroom apartment is a wonderful layout and the place overall feels safe. Also, if you take the time to sign up for the gourmet cooking classes and the other extras, it does feel like a resort.
