We visited this place in the hopes of viewing possible apartment homes/townhomes, and I must say this is the first time I've ever dealt with someone so RUDE. I guess we didn't "look" like the ideal upper class residents (I guess they think this is Beverly Hills or something, but last I checked, it's MILL CREEK), so this put-off the leasing agent there (darn, should've worn our yuppy outfits)...the first questions out of his mouth included things like, "WHATS YER BUDGET" (in a a squeaky, curt voice) and "when are you moving" (all the while rolling eyes). I don't understand how one can expect to lease apartments here with that attitude. We walked out disgusted with the place and went next door where the extremely friendly woman there showed us their apartments...if you are interested, don't bother, just go next door to Hawthorne--they seem to care a lot more and don't have so much attitude. I do hope the leasing agent at the Reserve reads this so he understands how poorly he comes across to future residents.
