My wife and I are quite people who keep to ourselves and understand what to expect in an apartmnet. The property itself has great amenities and the apartments themselves have decent floor plans. The staff neglects the property and the apartments which has caused major wear to the property. With that said the maintenance team isn't bad, they probably dont know about issues because the office staff doesn't care. When you are dealing with the office staff which should be avoided at all cost! Expect them to blow you off, forget about you or try to belittle you any chance they get. They feel that as the designated persons to ruin the property the are better than everyone else. Avoid them at all cost, the think you are dirt. They will charge you for damages that don't exist if you upset their royal butts on the way out. The office staff are very selective with who they will talk too and who they will give a damn about. For the money, they should be kissing butts not playing God. The property is okay but you have to make huge sacrifices with customer service to live their. Overpriced garbage!

I do believe that the statements of this post are true. However I've currently lived at the Reserve for over a year. The Leasing Consultants at this community are a joke. Their names are Cierra and Jerry. That can't do anything requested at all. One is looking at clothes online and the other is hitting on younger females!. But I just found out that they are leaving the company, which is a god send for the reserve. In my experience Mellissa(the manager) Judy (assistant manager) and Jen(customer service rep.) all provide stellar service. Hopefully they will find someone new that will be up to par on service with the rest of the staff still onsight.

The reserve it crap! It appears nice on the exterior but the build quality and staff are horrible! I could hear babys crying and people vacuuming throughout the night, I had guests at my 2 bed room 2 bathroom apartment home twice on weekends and neighbors complained, after two (2) months of living there the assistant manager sent a very rude eviction notice due to relative noise complaints. During the process the office staff lost my paperwork numerous times.
