Sure it looks nice, but that doesnt matter much when the management sucks. Theyre rude and not helpful at all. During all the snow/ice storms they decided not to come to work, but they had the maintainence people come...but not to de-ice the roads. People were stuck because they couldnt get out of the parking lot. Which is another thing, there is never any parking. Not unless youre lucky enough to get home by 5pm. Even if you do have a covered parking space, someone else will park in it and the office wont have them towed unless its during business hours. They let kids skateboard through the parking lot (one of them I almost hit with my car) and even after complaints, nothing gets done...surprise surprise. We had one of our cars broken into twice and stolen once, the office wouldnt even send out a letter to the residents notifying them there has been an issue with burglary. They even rented out my apartment while I was still living there!! Somehow they got confused and gave my apartment to someone else, and tried to kick ME out...someone who was still paying. Every month there is something new that theyre screwing up.

Ive lived in many apartments, and this has by far been the worst. Its not worth the money at all. Save your pennies and go somewhere else. I wish someone had warned me away from this hell hole before I signed a 1 yr lease.

Wow, you sound terribly immature. These types of issues can and do happen in single family residences as well. Yet here you go, blaming the office staff and protruding your ignorance. How old are you, six years old? Try behaving liek an adult and find something more worth while to complain about. And here I thought I found a rason to not move here. Awww poor baby got stuck in the parking lot. Newsflash, crime happens everywhere!

I couldn't agree with you more! I certainly don't think that having your apartment rented to someone else while you're still in it qualifies as a normal mistake. I don't think that those kinds of things just happen anywhere. I've lived at the Reserve for only 6 months now, and this is the laziest office staff that I have ever come across. I don't pay $1,600 a month to get stuck in the parking lot. It's their JOB to keep their property up to par, and to treat us with respect. What are they getting paid for?

Wow except for CindySlapper. You all sound like spoiled rich As@holes, Real people have to deal with these kinds of things, maybe try taking matters into your own hands for once and not blaming others! Ive lived in some very nice places in my life, and ofcourse there are a few irritating problems with each of them. But I dont Bit*h!

PoirierKC, Instead of bitching, which you do pretty grand well, why dont you elaborate on how exactly this person should take "matters into own hands"? Maybe they should make sure they come home by 5 everyday? Maybe they should confront the kids about not skateboarding and thereby incur the wrath of teenage stupidity? Maybe they should de-ice the parking lot themselves? You sure do give a great mature reply. and you sure dont ----- do you now, -----!

Apartment living sucks. Skateboarding is not a crime. Staff are not slaves, your renting an apartment, not servents. Snow days in Seattle are rare enough to take a day off from it all. Pay $35 for a parking spot, and if you come home and someone mistakingly parked in your spot, have a little compasion and understand we are all just trying to get by in this life. OH! and spell check, so you don't sound stupid.
