I love the area and the complex. Very relaxed and refined and the staff is awesome. Only One issue is the parking, if you have a garage your probably going to be fine but if not you are going to be walking alot.

My Garage door would open halfway then close, it would faulter like this sevral times before fixing it's self. The office staff were notified yet noone was sent to my apartment to fix this problem.

That is so right, the maintainence are the worst ever, since we moved in a year ago, there are only 2 staff from the original left. And recently two new people, the manager and assistant manager. The manager, Debbie Taylor-Hoxit is very very rude, she even spoke unflateringly about the last management team, saying that they screwed up on a lot of stuff. When you call them for an emergency, they don't respond at all, no phone calls and no-one calls until the next day, that is if you left a message on their main line. I prefer the first batch of staff that were there a year ago, like Judy, the assistant manager who always took the time to listen to what you have to say. BE careful when you talk to the current manager and assistant manager, they are both not telling the real truth. They will smile in your face and then they will tell a different story the next time you meet, she is very racist!
