The reserve is a decent apt, however, they are very pricey. I also find it hard to believe that their two bed rooms go from 1355 one week to 1510 another week. To them its according to the market. I have lived here for almost two years and after the first year they increased my rent by $230.00 from one year to the next. I was able to talk off ONLY $60.00. I had to go to two different people. I do intend to move out this year because their penalties and prices on apartments have become rediculous. They charge you about $50.00 for the mail box key which they make on their own site. Now they just changed their silver car wash coins to a gold coins. You have two of them and if you lose one its $50.00 PER COIN to replace. Their trash fee keeps going up slowely and they dont always pick up all the trash even though they threaten to look into the person garbage if they have it outside of the pick up times. The office staff is rude and they do not want to work with you. Parking if you dont have a garage is really bad after a certain time.
They used to have monthly function which were nice but they just lost funding for that too. Also if you want to use their communal room for parties they charge 150.00 plus a 200.00 deposit (which they give back). Finally, my apartment was good for the first year and now I hear a guy stopming around like King Kong. I dont know if it the walls or the person but he sounds pretty loud. Oh yeah the one bedroom apt I have does not have teh "great" bath tub in it that the model has that they show. You have to ask them about that. I thought I was in heaven because I was going to get that bathtub. I did not get it and the floor plans are shaped to look like the big bathtubs. make sure you ask them ahead of time if their model has that.
The place is nice and the location is great because its close to everything else within walking distance but the price for everything now and service I have gotten...I a not sure its worth it for me. Its one of the better neigborhoods close to everett if you have kids though. Anything south in bothell is really good as well. I hope this helps.
