First time I have bothered with a review (that tells you something)

I was informed from management that if you park your car outside and leave your garage door remote in the car, people break into your car to steal it. I never parked outside after that.

Paper thin ceilings make sleeping and peace impossible most nights.

If someone uses the stairs you hear it good and loud while your trying to relax.

Management has no power over the tenants, and does nothing for complaints, they use legalities to avoid confrontation.

Faucets made loud noise if you try to turn them on slightly so I would have to turn them on full blast ever time, the maintanance never fixed it.
All trash has to be put out on the dirt (makes a huge mess)
They allow dogs of any kind on the third floor so they tremendous amounts of noise.

By far the worst thing is the noise, cars driving passed constantly, motorcycles, many skate boarders, and people who race through in the middle of the night with loud exaust systems, Loud music.

This was the worst experience I have ever had.
Dont believe these peopel who are writing it is quiet, dont believe these people who say you can paint it whatever color you want, they are sales people.

I cant bleive peopel actually say its quiet. The walls and ceilings are so thin its pathetic, The floors are worse, the people above me couldnt even walk around without a booming sound, I felt so sorry for them.

Dont beleive these lies, if you do, go find out the hard way.

Resposne from k8bug1: Actually I DO live here, I'm not management. Any apartment building that you live in is going to have more noise than if you're on the top floor. And sure, there's noise outside if you leave your windows open. The windows are DOUBLE-PANED people, and it takes out a lot of the outside noise. If you don't want noise, go buy a house in Snohomish with acreage and farms.
