I have had a great experience with this apartment complex. I am with the military and moved out here from the other side of the country, the staff was extremely helpful and timely with getting me moved in. The apartment was in immaculate condition and stayed that way. There is a nice nature reserve along the back side of the complex that is great to walk around during the summer. It is located within walking distance from the town center which is a fun place to go. During the summer time the pools are open and have accomodations for kids and parents. They have BBQ's there too which is extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone, its affordable, extremely nice and along the I-5 corridor. I guess my only complaint would the walls are a little thin, HOWEVER, ALL APARTMENT COMPLEXES ARE LIKE THIS, so it should be expected at every single apartment complex you live in.

Have you ever lived in foreign countries since you have been in the military? If so, you won't be so quick to praise a 10 yr old apartment and the bad service that they hve been giving to others! Guess you hve to be in uniform inorder to get good service eh? Well, how about those who have served for more than 20 yrs and are retired and they don't even know about it?!! I betcha they will not be that nice!!!!

This didn't ask me to rate your opinion on the apartment, it asked me to rate my opinion. I had a great experience with the complex. Why dont you post your email address instead of staying anonymous. That would sound like an action a retired member of the military would do, not hide. One thing I have noticed about retired military members is a massive sense of entitlement. They are absolutely undermanned at the Reserve. I'm sure that being from the military you should be able to understand what its like working in an enviroment that is undermanned. Now throw in people who feel that they need everyone to bend backwards over for them and complain about the most medicinal stuff. Give them a break.
